Rich Cooke is happy to let you know about the real estate credentials he has earned throughout his professional career. His commitment to keeping up with current trends in the Western North Carolina real estate market goes a long way in helping his clients achieve their goals, whether buying, selling or investing in property.

REALTOR®

A REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). These agents must adhere to a strict Code of Ethics set forth by the National Association of Realtors.

GRI

Graduate, Realtors Institute. The GRI designation is granted to NAR members who successfully complete courses that cover information on the laws, finances and principles of real estate.

e-PRO

An e-PRO designation is achieved through an online certification process to certify agents as Internet Professionals.

Real Estate BUYER'S Agent Council

Member. The Real Estate BUYER'S Agent Council (REBAC) keeps its members apprised of the most recent up-to-date marketing and management trends in real estate, including legislative and legal issues.

Council of Residential Specialists (CRS)

Member. A rigorous training program that provides education on business planning, negotiating a smoother transaction, making listing presentations and generally working for the best interests of buyers and sellers.

Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) An SRES is a designation earned by a REALTOR® who addresses the needs of homebuyers ages 50+.

NAR's "At Home with Diversity" Certified

Home With Diversity is an educational experience designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. More importantly, the class teaches how real estate professionals can increase their sensitivity and adaptability to future market trends.

The course addresses issues of diversity, fair housing and cultural differences. All three subjects are closely related and have value for real estate professionals who must serve diverse local markets.
